Flexible options, affordable rates.

ExamDeveloper is available in three different packages to fit your organization's needs. If you would prefer to use only a few features of ExamDeveloper, you can choose the per-role option. Our team of experts is also available to provide additional assistance and guidance if necessary, please call for pricing and a description of services offered.

Package 1: Standard

The Standard package is excellent for organizations experienced in exam development and have a short-term need to develop one exam. The Standard package allows 6-month access to ExamDeveloper to develop one exam (up to 5 versions) using up to ten users. Although this package does not include psychometric consultation, our consultant teams are happy to assist on an hourly basis.

Package 2: Premium

The Premium package allows organizations to develop several examinations with a larger group of participants. The Premium package provides 1-year access to ExamDeveloper to develop up to three examinations (up to 5 versions each) using up to 20 users. If you are new to developing assessments, this package also includes up to 5 hours of psychometric consultation with one of our expert consultants to guide you through the process.

Package 3: Enterprise

The Enterprise package is designed for organizations with a large-scale program containing many assessments. The Enterprise package provides 1-year access to ExamDeveloper to develop an unlimited number of examinations (an unlimited number of versions each) using an unlimited number of users. In addition, this package provides access to one of our expert consultations for up to 20 hours.

Per-Role Option

The per-role option allows organizations a six-month license to choose only the features of ExamDeveloper that will meet their objectives. One common example is organizations that choose to supplement their existing exam development activities by writing additional questions to be reviewed later by an expert panel. In this case, they would purchase a license for the "Write" and possibly the "Review" role. Another example is an oragnization seeking to maintain the question bank, build exams, and analyze statistics. If conducting only a Job Analysis Study, consider purchasing the "Job Analysis" role and possibly the Validation report. The manager role to oversee the project is always included without charge.

Optional Services

Exam Design offers additional services that help make the process as efficient and effective as possible:

Project Management: If you would prefer to have Exam Design manage the entire project, we would be happy to do so for an additional fee.

Validation Report: This provides documentation of the process used in developing the exam. This option is a necessity for organizations interested in supporting claims about the validity of their exam.

Program Evaluation: This option includes a detailed psychometric analysis of an organization's examination program. This includes a point-by-point assessment using appropriate standards such as the Uniform Guidelines and others published by APA, SIOP, ANSI, and NCCA.

Validation Guarantee: Organizations can feel secure knowing that their high-stakes examination will hold up to legal scrutiny. One of our PhD-level testing experts will provide support in the event the examination falls subject to a legal challenge. This optional service is automatically included at no charge for organizations that qualify.
