Jonathan Levine, PhD
Vice President, Operations
Jonathan Levine, PhD, has extensive experience managing sucessful consulting practices and startup ventures.
As the founder and CEO of Workforce Dynamics, Jonathan established leadership for the strategic consulting firm specializing in startups, business incubation, and human resources.
During his career, Jonathan has put forth visionary ideas and respectively led the creation of several new companies ranging from pharmaceuticals to multimedia accessories to software development.
Specifically he manages three startups: (1) Innovative Veterinary Sciences, LLC; (2) Ice Innovations; and (3) ATMEnhance Software, LLC.
Jonathan has also held executive level positions such as Vice President of SkillsNET Enterprises and Director of Product Development for Monster.com.
He also served as Project Manager and lead Research Scientist with the U.S. Dept. of Labor/O*NET Center and was a Human Capital consultant for Nortel.
Jonathan serves as the Practice Editor for the journal Ergometrika and has authored and co-authored numerous chapters and delivered a variety of presentations and workshops on topics such as strategic consulting, business development, human resources, intellectual property protection, and EEO law and guidelines.
He graduated with honors from the University of Florida and received his Masters and PhD degrees, both in Corporate Psychology from North Carolina State University.

Nathan Baer
Vice President, Marketing and PR
Nathan Baer has over 10 years experience in marketing strategy, public and press relations, graphic design, marketing material development, branding, advertising, budgeting, corporate sponsorships, event planning and directing the efforts of all marketing and sales activities.
Included in his experience are several years spent on the "client-side" managing marketing efforts for the largest commercial real estate and development firm in Wisconsin. His client-first focus leads to creative solutions and satisfied clients.
Nathan’s extensive sales, branding, sales support and project management experience was earned while managing client relationship with Zizzo Group Advertising and Public Relations and Street Cance Marketing Communications as a senior account executive.
His ability to quickly understand a client's needs and challenges led to many successful marketing and sales successes for numerous clients including the Greater Baltimore Medical Center, University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Mount Auburn Medical Center in Boston,
the Marshfield Clinic in Eau Claire Wisconsin, Froedtert Hospital and several manufacturing and industrial clients throughout Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. Nathan currently volunteers his time supporting the Running Rebels community organization based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Nathan and his team provide marketing support for the Running Rebels capital campaign as well as in the development of collateral materials. Nathan graduated cum laude from Wisconsin Lutheran College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with a bachelor’s degree in communicative arts with a public relations emphasis and a Spanish minor.
